No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Personal preference
- Sale or promotional items
- Used, worn, or opened products
Please review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only provide replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must submit a request within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Claims
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
