How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 5–8 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1000. Orders below R1000 are subject to our standard shipping fee.
How much does shipping cost?

- Express Shipping: R150
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched for shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Replacements may be provided for damaged or incorrect items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
